Cleopatra - The Monitoring of Project Work
for the field of the project work monitoring, information, human resources management, regular job assignments and operating costs. Today, most companies are aware of the need for monitoring the productivity of work processes in the light of the organization of current tasks and project work.
Cleopatra, built on the BI Oracle platform, offers powerful information to business analysts and managers in these areas particularly, enabling different types of analyses, with which data from various systems of monitoring work in projects are combined, and providing them with information on a consolidated and visually appropriate level. The key added value is immediate and timely information about the state of processes, projects, scheduled tasks, as well as on the means and the final results of the performance, profit, which facilitates the planning and spending of the available resources (human resources, funds,…) and the time limits of work.
Individual reviews, warnings and analyses adjusted to the user's working role are supported. The control on the extent of the information accessible by the user is also integrated. It depends on the type of the user (the executives can check details on all the staff members, the departmental head can check details only on subordinate employees, while the other employees can only see their own data).
